Dear

DMS is a non- profit organization whose members are dedicated to the preservation of our Coastal Recreational Natural Resources and to assist in the community.

DMS participates in many activities to further the conservation of our beaches and the sport of surf-fishing. We sponsor and support Beach Clean-up, Beach Grass Planting, Adopt-a-Highway, and our Annual Invitational Surf-Fishing Tournament fund raiser.

Through this and other fund-raising activities, we also support and partner with many local agencies to support our community.  A few of these include our participation and support of Special Olympics “Day at the Beach”, the annual Special Olympics Polar Plunge, Andy and Opie children’s fishing event in Milton, Thanksgiving for 1000 and Bless Our Children.

We are conducting a ______________________ fund raiser on _________ .  We are requesting _______________ for this event.  We would like to pick them up on _________________ if possible.

Thank you for supporting the DMS and our community projects.  As always, we will be sure to note your participation on our website and Facebook page.  Thank you again,

Sincerely,
